The inspiration, dedication, and just complete surrender that I saw in the women I spent this weekend with was absolutely stunning. Incredible. It was beautifully severe.
There was no way any of those women were not going to conquer what they had set out to do—and beyond. Everybody did a little bit more than what they thought they were going there to do. Everybody did hard things.
And to watch a group of women come together like that—with love, support, complete camaraderie—it was such a testament to the people who created and held this experience for us. Every person involved seemed completely committed to making sure that we got every single thing we possibly could out of being there.
We came from all over the country. We had completely different things going on in our lives. Completely different reasons for being there. Completely different stories.
But somehow, we all came for the same purpose.
And I don’t think any of us knew what we were walking into.
I think we stumbled onto the golden city.
Atlantis.
Something I haven’t experienced at this level since my wilderness program around 2002. And that is crazy to me. To go that many years and suddenly find something that reaches that deeply into you again—that is special.
All the beautiful queens—the facilitators, the earth angels they are—you could walk toward them and almost feel the hug before they even put their arms around you. They embraced you. They held you. It felt like Mother Gaia had sent these beautiful humans to literally hold us while she did her work on us.
There was this symbiotic relationship between the people, Mother Earth, Spirit, the land, and everything happening around us. It felt so present. So obvious. Like we were being supported and surrounded the entire time.
And then there were all these tiny things.
Beautiful music waking us up so we could make a 6:40 start. Incredible food. Laughter. Joy. Compassion. Fun. Organization. Somehow everything just moved. We never felt the hiccups. We never felt the machinery behind it. We only felt cared for.
They created an atmosphere where everybody was included.
And because everybody was included, we included one another.
That may be one of the most beautiful parts of the whole thing.
It truly embodied what I imagine a heaven-on-earth experience could feel like—not because everything was easy, because it wasn’t. We were doing hard things. We were releasing things. We were confronting ourselves.
But we were held while we did it.
Sedona 2026 was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a very, very, very, very long time. It was an experience of a lifetime.
And I’m going to be talking about it forever.
So y’all buckle down, baby.
